Who we are

We specialise in selling properties in Spain – houses, villas, apartments and land. Our area of operation is located in the middle of Spain's eastern coastline, between the cities of Alicante and Murcia. You can explore the area in the interactive map (shown beside this text on wider screens).

Exceptional climate

This part of Spain enjoys very pleasant climate conditions and is consistently 4–5 °C warmer year-round than other areas of the eastern coast. Two large salt lakes nearby rank the region among the healthiest places in the world.

Climate in numbers – Alicante

The Costa Blanca region is one of the sunniest places in Europe. An average of over 300 sunny days per year, mild winters with temperatures around 12–13 °C and warm summers without extreme heat make Alicante an ideal destination not only for holidays but also for year-round living and golf.

The average temperature never drops below 12 °C (January). The summer peak in August reaches 26 °C – pleasant warmth without the stifling heat of tropical destinations.

Even on the shortest winter days the sun shines for an average of 6 hours a day. From May to October expect 9–11 hours of sunshine, guaranteeing enjoyable time outdoors.

Infrastructure & beaches

Beautiful sandy beaches maintained year-round. Water park, sports facilities, supermarkets and local markets. Prices are often lower than in central Europe. One of the largest sports marinas in Spain is located right in Torrevieja.

Golf all year round

4 eighteen-hole courses are located directly in the area, with three more within 10 km. Golf is played year-round – average winter temperatures around 15 °C. Properties can be purchased right on a golf course.

Gastronomy

Spanish paella, fresh fish, vegetables, outstanding ham, olive oil and Spanish wines. Restaurants for every taste, from local tapas bars to modern seafood restaurants.

Sierra Nevada & Marbella

For snow lovers: Sierra Nevada – Europe's southernmost ski resort (up to 3,400 m), 350 km away. We also offer properties in prestigious Marbella.
